Instructions for authors
Registration
The conference will be held entirely in person, and remote participation will not be available.
To register for the conference, please follow these steps:
- If you do not have an account already, create an account by clicking on the "Login" button located at the top right-hand side of this page.
- After a first registration, you will get a notification.
Abstract Submission
To submit your abstract:
- Login to the conference website using your registered account.
- Access the "New submission" option, which will enable you to submit your abstract.
- You can make edits to your submission until the deadline.
Submission Types
We offer two types of abstract submissions:
- Regular Abstract (the authors agree to give a talk but do not submitting a paper)
- Abstract for the special issue of Philosophical Transactions A (the authors agree to present their work as a talk and submit their contribution as a paper to the journal)
Important note: When submitting your abstract for the special issue, you must ensure that all authors have been approached and have agreed to contribute before you submit your proposal.
Additional Information
- Attending the conference is possible without submitting an abstract.
- A journal template will be provided to the authors for submitting the paper draft.
- The deadline for abstract submission is the same for both regular abstracts and the special issue.
